CleanCo Systems, Inc. Receives Contractor Safety Award at Baytown Complex

Baytown, Texas - CleanCo Systems Industrial Service Company (CCS) recently received recognition for working “Injury Free” for over 15,000 man-hours at the ExxonMobil Baytown Complex. The award marks the ninth consecutive year CCS has worked injury free for the complex and has complied over 130,000 injury free man-hours in the process.

Lynn Spell, General Manager of CCS and company liaison to the ExxonMobil Baytown Complex, was on hand to receive the award on behalf of the entire CleanCo crew. According to Mr. Spell, CleanCo Systems performs high-pressure water blasting for the cleaning of shell and tube heat exchangers as well as fin fan, air cooled heat exchangers for the complex. “We also support the waste water control by providing our liquid-vac vacuum truck services during the cleaning process," Spell explained.

CleanCo Systems maintains an outstanding safety record through out the company via quality safety training at every level. All supervisors are 30 Hour OSHA General Industry trained and all employees have to go through an initial 40-hour safety program prior to entering the field as a “Hydro-Blast Technician”. Each shift starts off with a safety meeting and a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and a Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) prior to beginning work.
